Our Once a Year Sale is from the 25th November 2024 to 2nd December 2024, beginning at 12:00 am AEST on 25th November and concluding at 11:59 pm AEST on 2nd December.

Our Once a Year Sale offers a 20% discount on our Signature Range, which includes Bespoke Engagement Rings (moissanite and lab-grown diamond), all Ceremonial Rings, Fine Jewellery, and our Ready to Propose, Ready to Wed, and Ready to Wear collections.

The 20% discount cannot be applied to existing orders or outstanding balances. Orders placed outside the sale period, from 25th November to 2nd December, will not qualify for the sale offer.

The Once a Year Sale Event excludes all Custom Designs, via our Custom Ring Design Process except for minor customisations such as prong adjustments or changes to band width or profile. Additional costs may apply for these specific alterations.

The crafting turnaround for all pieces is 12 to 14 weeks, excluding The Moissanite Company’s holiday closure period from the 22nd of December to the 6th of January.

Orders from our Ready to Propose, Ready to Wed, and Ready to Wear collections are available for resizing and will be dispatched within two weeks.

Sale prices in all promotional content is listed in AUD and reflects the starting price for each item or setting, during our Once a Year Sale Event.

Special Offer One — The Golden Ticket

This special offer is for all who purchase an engagement or ceremonial ring during The Moissanite Company's Once a Year Sale for a chance to win back the value of your ring. 

The sale begins at 12 am AEST on the 25th of November and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on the 2nd of December. Purchases outside of this timeframe will not be valid.

All customers who purchase an engagement or ceremonial ring during the sale are automatically entered into the draw, with each purchase counting as one entry. Multiple purchases increase the chance of winning.

The prize is a refund of the ring’s purchase price, processed via the original payment method. A winner will be selected randomly after the sale and notified within two business days. If the winner cannot be reached within seven days, The Moissanite Company may draw a new winner.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit. The promotion excludes custom designs, layaway items, and prior purchases but can be combined with other Once A Year Sale offers.

As the winning ring will be free of charge, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. By accepting the prize, the winner waives any right to refund or exchange. For further questions, please contact customer service.

If a customer purchases multiple rings in the same order, the refunded ring will be the one of higher value.

The winner will be randomly selected and drawn internally on the 3rd of December 2024, and notified upon the collection or delivery of their ring. Spend $3,000 AUD or more on a bridal set from The Moissanite Company and receive an additional $100 AUD off your purchase.

This offer is valid for customers purchasing a bridal set with a total value of $3,000 AUD or more during the promotional period. It is available to both new and existing customers. The $100 AUD discount will be applied at checkout when the discount code DREAMSTACK is used, provided the cart total meets the $3,000 AUD minimum.

A bridal set is inclusive of two or more engagement or ceremonial rings in one purchase.

The promotion is valid only during the specified sale period and will not be extended or honoured beyond this time. The discount is a one-time offer and cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or future purchases outside the promotion period.
