02. DESIGN
Meet with one of our expert consultants, either in our showroom or virtually, to share your ideas and design vision. With your vision and our expertise, we’ll refine your ideas, develop your design and provide a quote.
03. CRAFT
Once your design is confirmed, we’ll create a CAD for your approval. Your design can be refined as needed, with updated CAD variations provided before crafting begins. Your piece is then brought to life in our Australian workshops within 7-10 weeks.

At TMC Fine Jewellers, we provide a variety of payment plans including Afterpay, ZipPay, Humm, and PayIn4 through PayPal. All of these payment plans divide the total amount into smaller fees to be paid in increments over a certain period.

For clients located interstate, internationally, or away from one of our showrooms, we offer complimentary express insured shipping. Every parcel requires a signature upon delivery, ensuring your piece is securely received. If you're unavailable, your order will be safely redirected to your nearest post office for collection.
For international clients, import duties and taxes may be applied to your package. These fees are payable by the receiver upon entry. We are here to support you if you have further questions regarding duties and import taxes. Simply get in touch.
