Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years and over. Participants must register via the official registration form before the event, and unregistered individuals will not be eligible to participate or win. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Participation in the scavenger hunt is voluntary and at your own risk. TMC Fine Jewellers is not liable for any injuries, accidents, damage, or losses sustained during the event. By participating, you release TMC Fine Jewellers, its employees, affiliates, and event partners from any claims related to your participation.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly throughout the event. Violent, inappropriate, unlawful, or aggressive behaviour toward staff, participants or the public, will not be tolerated.

Participants must not trespass, damage property, or interfere with the public or other participants. Failure to adhere to this code of conduct may result in disqualification at TMC Fine Jewellers’ sole discretion.

Participants must remain aware of their surroundings and comply with all local laws and road safety rules. Suitable clothing and footwear should be worn for walking and outdoor activity. You are responsible for your own safety and that of those around you while participating.

By registering and participating, you consent to be filmed, photographed, or recorded throughout the event. You agree to the use of your image, likeness, and voice for promotional, social media, advertising, and marketing purposes by TMC Fine Jewellers. The winner agrees to participate in an on-camera interview and content capture as a condition of accepting the prize.

The winner will be determined on merit, based on completion of the scavenger hunt and adherence to event rules, not by chance. All prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated. TMC Fine Jewellers reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of the winner and to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.

The prize for the winner is a bespoke ring, crafted to the winners’ chosen specifications, valued at up to $10,000 AUD. The winner will work directly with a TMC Fine Jewellers consultant to design a one-of-a-kind piece, or may choose to create a fully custom piece through our Custom Process, also valued at up to $10,000 AUD. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The winner is responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with receiving the prize. TMC Fine Jewellers reserves the right to modify or substitute any element of the prize if necessary. 

This prize falls under the same Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions that apply to all applicable pieces within TMC Fine Jewellers’ Signature Range. The Lifetime Warranty covers the prize piece in accordance with the same eligibility, coverage, care requirements, and exclusions that apply to purchased Signature Range items.

Participants entering as part of a group acknowledge that only one prize will be awarded for the entire group. Only one nominated individual from the group may participate in the final activity through which the winner is determined, and only that individual will be eligible to claim the prize. TMC Fine Jewellers will not be responsible for resolving any disputes within a group regarding prize ownership or representation.

TMC Fine Jewellers reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the event if necessary due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Any such changes will be communicated to participants via the contact details provided during registration.

All personal information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for event administration and brand communications if opted in.

By registering your participation, you confirm that you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions, understand and accept the risks of participation, agree to be filmed and featured in TMC Fine Jewellers’ marketing materials, will act responsibly and respectfully throughout the event, and understand that the prize is awarded on merit and not by chance.
