From fiancées to wives, we have had the privilege of playing a small role in Teagan and Chloe’s love story, and we are beyond excited to share their story.
The Proposal
We were lucky enough to experience not one, but two incredible proposals, each of which was special and meaningful in its own way.
Teagan: Chloe had always joked about wanting to be proposed to in Italy, so I wanted to create something that captured that feeling without actually travelling there. I found a beautiful Italian-inspired garden estate in Sydney and knew it was the perfect place. I organised a private picnic complete with stunning florals and arranged to have the venue to ourselves for a few hours. The best part was that Chloe had absolutely no idea it was coming, which made the moment even more memorable. It was intimate, romantic, and everything I had hoped it would be.
Chloe: From the very beginning, we promised each other that we would both get the chance to propose, as we wanted to create a special moment for one another. The challenge was that after Teagan’s proposal, she knew hers would eventually be coming too. To keep the element of surprise alive, I enlisted some help and created an elaborate cover story during our trip to New Zealand to throw her completely off track. As if planning a surprise proposal wasn’t stressful enough, Teagan broke her hand snowboarding the day before! Sitting in the hospital with her you can just imagine the panic going through my mind. Thankfully, despite the unexpected hurdles, everything came together perfectly. I surprised Teagan with a private helicopter flight to a snow-covered mountain, where I proposed surrounded by breathtaking views and fresh snow. It was an unforgettable moment and truly the perfect place to ask the question.

What made your ring feel right for you?
We both walked into our appointment with a pretty clear idea of what we wanted, but it wasn’t until we tried the rings on that we knew we had found the right ones. Even after exploring different styles, we kept coming back to our original choices because they just felt like us. The Luise Ring for Teagan and The Vienna Ring for Chloe perfectly reflected our individual styles while still complementing each other beautifully. The moment we put them on, they felt timeless, elegant, and exactly what we had envisioned for this chapter of our lives.
What’s your favourite thing about your ring?
There are so many things we love about our rings, but our favourite has to be how personal they are. We each chose engravings without knowing what the other had picked, and when we realised they perfectly matched, one saying “I love you forever” and the other “I love you always”, it made them even more meaningful. We also absolutely adore the hidden halos in our rings. They add a beautiful touch that’s not immediately visible, making them feel like a little secret between us. Combined with TMC’s incredible craftsmanship and the ability to customise every detail, our rings feel uniquely ours while remaining timeless and elegant.
