If we don’t receive confirmation within this timeframe, your design will automatically progress to the production phase to ensure your beautiful piece is crafted and ready for you within the crafting timeframe. Please note, once your CAD has been approved, no further changes can be made. Should amendments be requested prior to production, additional costs may apply.

The Once a Year Sale commences at 12:00 am AEST on 24 November 2025 and concludes at 11:59 pm AEST on 1 December 2025.
The Once a Year Sale offers a 20% discount on our Signature Range, which includes all moissanite and lab-grown diamond bespoke Engagement Rings, Ceremonial Rings, Fine Jewellery, and our Ready to Propose, Ready to Wed, and Ready to Wear collections.
The 20% discount cannot be applied to existing orders or outstanding balances. Orders placed outside the sale period noted above (24 November - 1 December 2025) are not eligible for the sale offer.
The Once a Year Sale excludes all Custom Designs created through our Custom Process.
Gift cards and the TMC Gift Box are not eligible for the sale offer. No other discounts or promotional codes can be applied in conjunction with the Once a Year Sale.
The crafting timeframe for all pieces is 12 - 14 weeks, excluding TMC Fine Jewellers’ two week holiday closure period.

For bespoke pieces valued over $6,000 AUD, you are able to make an upfront deposit of 50%. Your remaining balance will then be due upon completion of your piece. To initiate this process, we welcome you to reach out to our team either via our website or via email at info@tmcfinejewellers.com.
For bespoke rings from our Signature Range, a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) will be provided within three weeks of order placement for approval. If approval is not received within three days, the order will automatically proceed to production.

There will be five winners in total, each receiving priority crafting service valued at $750 AUD, which reduces the standard crafting timeframe to approximately 4-6 weeks (not including the holiday closure period) without compromising the quality or specifications of the ring.
