Our Signature Process
Our holiday crafting cut-offs are approaching. Discover the key dates for having your TMC piece crafted and delivered in time for the festive season.
Engagement (Standard Crafting): October 25th
Engagement (Priority Crafting): November 9th
Ceremonial (With Gemstones): October 25th
Ceremonial (Plain): November 9th
Fine Jewellery: November 9th
All dates include our estimated crafting and shipping timeframes, so you can plan with greater certainty. Because the pieces that mark life’s most meaningful moments are worth planning for.
Priority Crafting
Our Priority Crafting Service offers an expedited pathway for your bespoke engagement ring. Your ring will be fast-tracked through our crafting process and completed within 3-5 weeks, while upholding the same meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail that defines every TMC piece.
Priority Crafting is designed for couples working towards a shorter proposal timeline who still want to design a ring to all their chosen specifications. It does not change the design process, materials or level of craftsmanship. Your ring is still individually crafted to your chosen specifications, with the Priority Service simply expediting the crafting process.
The Priority Crafting Service incurs a $750 AUD fee and can be selected when designing your ring online or alongside one of our Expert Jewellery Consultants in our Showroom.
If your proposal is planned within the holiday season, we recommend finalising your order prior to the 9th of November, to allow sufficient time for your consultation, design approval, crafting and delivery.
Ready To Ship
If you’re working to a shorter timeline, our Ready to Ship collections offer a curated selection of our most loved TMC pieces available for sizing and shipment within 1-2 weeks.
These collections provide a shorter pathway to receiving your piece while maintaining the same materials, craftsmanship and attention to detail found throughout our Signature Range.
Ready To Propose
For a love that simply can’t wait. Our Ready to Propose Collection showcases a curated selection of engagement ring designs from our Signature Range.
Ready To Wed
Our Ready to Wed Collection features a curated selection of wedding rings from our Signature Range. These pieces can still be personalised with complimentary engraving or hidden birthstones, allowing you to add details that make your piece uniquely yours.
Ready To Wear
Pieces to mark your moment. Our Ready to Wear Collection highlights a curated selection of fine jewellery from our Signature Range.
Each design from our Ready To Ship Collections is available to be sized, adorned with your chosen Bespoke Customisations, and prepared for shipment within 1-2 weeks. This makes our Ready To Ship Collections an option for proposals, celebrations or gifting occasions happening sooner, or for those who have missed our bespoke holiday crafting cut-offs.
To ensure your piece is ready in time for the holidays, our order deadlines are as follows:
Australia and New Zealand
For our Australian and New Zealand couples, we invite you to explore this range, bearing in mind that the cut-off date is the 16th of December to ensure delivery before Christmas.
International
For our beautiful international couples, please note that orders must be placed by the 9th of December to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
