For more than eight years, Iris and Robbie’s story has unfolded across countries, chapters and milestones, from a chance meeting in a bar in Amsterdam to building a life together in Sydney, and finally celebrating their love in the French countryside. We’re honoured to have played a small part in their journey, from the moment Robbie proposed with an Ophelia Ring to the rings they chose to mark forever. Now, we’re so excited to share their story.
Their Journey
Eight years ago, Iris and Robbie met in a bar in Amsterdam, where Robbie promised Iris the best first date of her life. The date lasted a week. The rest, as they say, is history.
The Beginning of Forever
Last year, Robbie proposed to Iris with an Ophelia Ring. A meaningful moment in a story that had already been eight years in the making, marking the beginning of their next chapter together.
Saying “I do” in France
Now living in Sydney, they chose France as the setting for their wedding, bringing together loved ones from all corners of the world to celebrate their story. They had the French wedding of our (and many other’s) dreams, celebrating their love in the countryside beneath the summer sun.
Set against a beautiful château, their day felt like something from the silver screen. Romantic, effortless and filled with the people they love most.
Iris said “I do” wearing a Greta Ring, while Robbie chose a Theo Ring for the occasion. Two rings for the next chapter of a love story that began eight years ago in Amsterdam.
