Cottesloe Beach
Continuing with the slower pace, make your way to Cottesloe. The beach stretches along Marine Parade, with cafés and restaurants overlooking the white sand and Indian Ocean. Take a walk along the shoreline, explore the area’s architecture and stop for a coffee with a view. It’s an easy way to spend a few hours outside the city before your consultation.

Dining at COMO The Treasury
TMC’s Perth Pop-Up is hosted at COMO The Treasury, making it easy to build your consultation into a day, or weekend, in the city. For lunch or dinner, consider dining at one of the property's two restaurants.
Located on the rooftop of COMO The Treasury, Wildflower offers sweeping views across Perth and the Swan River alongside a seasonal menu shaped around Western Australia’s six Indigenous seasons. Choose from the à la carte menu, a four-course lunch or dinner, or a six- or eight-course dinner.
Post, also located within COMO The Treasury, takes its name from the building’s history as Perth’s original General Post Office. Its menu offers a contemporary interpretation of classic Italian cuisine, with dishes guided by seasonal ingredients.

Explore Perth’s Laneways
Making your way into Perth, the city centre is home to a number of historic laneways and streets worth exploring on foot. Wolf Lane is known for its colourful street art, murals and hidden bars, while London Court offers English-inspired architecture, independent boutiques and antique shops. Both are located in the CBD, making them easy to explore while browsing the city’s cafés, restaurants and boutiques.
Blue Boat House
The Crawley Edge Boatshed, better known as the Blue Boat House, is one of Perth’s most recognisable waterfront landmarks. Located on the Swan River, it makes for a quick stop while exploring the western side of the city. Pair it with a walk along the river or a visit to Kings Park for an easy afternoon itinerary.

Kings Park
Kings Park offers expansive views across the city, Swan River and surrounding landscape. With more than 400 hectares of parkland, the area combines native bushland, gardens, walking trails and historic sites. It’s an ideal place to spend a few hours outdoors, whether you’re looking for a longer walk or somewhere to sit and take in the city.
Swan Valley
Just outside Perth, Swan Valley is Western Australia’s oldest wine region and home to more than 40 wineries, breweries, restaurants and food producers. For a longer day out, visit one of the region’s established wineries, such as Sandalford Wines or Olive Farm Wines, and explore the surrounding vineyards and produce. The perfect way to finish the day with a drink overlooking the vineyards, taking a moment to slow down and reflect on your day planned together.
